How does Move it! AR work?
For every finished project you receive a QR code. The user scans the QR code with their phone, opens the link that appears, and then points the camera at the target image belonging to the project. The video then appears on the target image.
It is best to place the QR code near the target image. You can print it directly next to the artwork, use it as a sticker, or display it digitally.
The target image itself can also be printed or shown digitally, for example on a monitor.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Move it! AR works directly in the phone's browser.
However, playback always requires an active internet connection. Loading speed and video quality also depend on the current mobile or Wi-Fi connection.
Which files can I upload?
Target image: JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB.
Video: MP4 or WebM, up to 300 MB.
Which images work well as a target image?
The best results come from sharp, well-lit images with good contrast and plenty of detail.
Graphics, illustrations and images with distinctive visual elements work particularly well.
Very uniform, flat, dark or low-detail images are less suitable as target images.
Do the image and the video need the same aspect ratio?
No. The video is not distorted even if its aspect ratio differs from the target image.
The best visual effect is usually achieved when the target image and the video have the same or a similar aspect ratio.
Can the video be portrait or landscape?
Yes. Move it! AR works with both portrait and landscape videos. We set up the project to match the orientation of your video.
Does anyone review my project?
Yes. Every submitted project is reviewed and tested by us.
If we see that adjusting the uploaded image or video could produce a better result, we will contact you and help you find the right solution.
That is why we ask that activation starts at least two business days after the order.
What happens if the uploaded material is not suitable?
First we try to solve the problem, and if necessary we ask you for a different or improved file.
If we ultimately cannot make the project work reliably for technical or quality reasons, we refund the full amount you paid.
What happens if I am simply not satisfied?
You have 14 days to decide.
Every Move it! AR project comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. The 14 days start on the first day of activation.
If you decide within this period that you are not satisfied with your project, let us know. You do not need to justify your decision: we refund the full amount you actually paid.
This guarantee does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
In which cases do you refund the money?
We refund the full amount actually paid if:
- you tell us within the 14-day Move it! AR money-back guarantee that you are not satisfied;
- we cannot create a reliably working project from the submitted materials even after consultation and necessary adjustments;
- we are unable to deliver the purchased service;
- we cannot carry out the project for content-related, legal, copyright or other acceptability reasons.
Your statutory withdrawal and other consumer rights remain unaffected.
Does Move it! AR also create 3D content?
No. With Move it! AR we link a 2D video to your chosen image.
The video appears as if the image came to life, but this service does not create 3D objects or spatial AR animations.
