Withdrawal from the contract

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract for the Move it! AR service within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement:

The withdrawal declaration can be sent, for example, by email or by post.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the form on the Move it! AR website: /en/withdrawal-form (the form is also accessible via the "Withdraw from the contract" button above).

After an online withdrawal declaration is recorded, Move it! AR sends an electronic confirmation of the content of the declaration and the date and time of its receipt to the email address provided.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your withdrawal declaration before the 14-day period expires.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you effectively withdraw from the contract, we will refund the full amount actually paid for the respective Move it! AR project.

The refund is made without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal declaration.

For the refund we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different solution. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

After the withdrawal, the Move it! AR project in question may be deactivated.

3. Withdrawal from an already activated Move it! AR project

With the current Move it! AR consumer service, if you effectively withdraw from the contract within the 14-day withdrawal period, the provider refunds the full amount actually paid for the respective project, even if the project has already been activated.

In this case the provider retains no charge for the period already used.

After the withdrawal has been processed, the Move it! AR project in question may be deactivated.

4. Statutory right of withdrawal and voluntary guarantee

The statutory right of withdrawal exists independently of Move it! AR's voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee.

The guarantee begins on the first activation day and is governed by the Terms and Conditions. It neither replaces nor limits the statutory right of withdrawal.
